What is a Reiki Initiation?
An 1:1 sacred journey of remembrance, and inner alignment where you will be initiated into the teachings Usui Reiki Ryoho.
This isn’t just a Reiki training; it's a deeply personal rite of passage, designed to reconnect you with your heart, awaken your natural healing abilities, and support you in embodying a more grounded, intuitive, and energy-aligned and soul lead life.

Reiki is a gentle and profound reconnection to yourself. It is an invitation back into harmony — where body, heart, and mind begin to soften, listen, and come back into relationship with one another.
Usui REIKI comes from the lineage of Mikao Usui, who founded “Usui Reiki Ryoho” in Japan over a century ago. Reiki works CHANNELING "Ki" (universal life FORCE) that flows through all LIVING beings.
Usui’s PURPOSE was for Reiki to be a path of health, harmony, and inner peace AND Today, Reiki continues to be shared as both a SPRITUAL AND A healing practice. a way of living in deeper connection with yourself.
When you step into your Reiki PATH, you are not learning something neW: YOu are remembering It is a remembering YOUR INNER WISDOM, a soft opening to what already lives within you.

"The Beginning Teachings"
Shoden is the Japanese name for The First Degree of Usui Reiki Ryoho which means “The Beginning Teaching”.
This initiation is designed for those who are new to Reiki want to brush up on their Reiki skills. The inner focus of The First Degree is about learning to become a clear channel for Reiki.
When you take Reiki Shoden, your Reiki Path begins; a spiritual journey of self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-healing.
Reiki I is about learning to ‘let go and let the energy flow’ – about learning to ‘step out of the way’ – learning to override the desire of one’s conscious mind to interfere in the therapeutic process, and instead, simply let the Reiki phenomenon ‘happen'.

"The Inner Teachings"
Okuden is about deepening the quality of the flow of Reiki and expanding your wisdom and healing skills into holding space with Reiki.
You will continue your self-healing and growth journey, along with broadening your knowledge and healing skills to enable you to support and guide others in their healing and growth journey.
Whereas Reiki I opens the student to the awareness of the flow of Reiki, Reiki II empowers and deepens the quality of that flow.
During these soul-healing two days, you will learn a number of practical and symbolic tools enabling you to set healing intentions, and broaden the scope of their therapeutic interventions.

All Reiki initiations are held as private 1:1 non-residential two-day retreats and each journey is intimate, spacious, and crafted to support deep transformation in a serene and sacred setting.

From My Heart, to Yours…
My Reiki journey came through a deep spiritual awakening and a gentle listening to the calling of my soul in my early years of life.
Through grief and loss, I learnt to connect with my heart and to allow life to heal me from the inside out.
As I was initiated along the Reiki path, I was also stepping into becoming the Reiki teacher that I am today. Reiki has walked with me through seasons of healing, self-devotion, growth, and the deep remembering of my true self.
Reiki has become my ground, my strength, and my roots throughout my healing journey and soul path. It is my soul companion in the embodied journey of coming home to my body, embracing my emotions, and walking through life with loving presence, kindness, and honesty.
My Reiki initiations and teachings go beyond being a Reiki training, or learning how to do Reiki.
My purpose is to guide and support you through a journey of remembering who you are and support you in coming home to your true self, to the softness and wisdom of your heart, and to embody the gift of Reiki through your own hands, in your own way.
Each initiation is a unique journey of devotion and companionship for both of us. Each time, Reiki teaches us that it unfolds differently through every heart that opens to receives the light and healing gifts of Reiki.
You do not do Reiki. You are Reiki.
